Terms Of Use
The following Terms of Use (referred to as 'TOU' or 'Member Agreement') are between you and IGotBlessed.com ™. These TOU constitute a legal document that details your rights and obligations as a member of IGotBlessed™ (referred to as the 'Service'). All members must accept these TOU as a condition of membership to the Service. For purposes of these TOU, 'you' means the Member Account holder.
Updates. These TOU may be updated from time to time. If IGB modifies these TOU and that change has a material impact on the Service, you will be provided notice of that change. Your continued use of the Service following such notice constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
Membership. When you accept these TOU and complete the registration process for the Service, you become the 'Member Account' holder. You will be asked to choose a unique name for that account (your 'Member ID').
Additional Terms. All uses of your information and submissions are outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Equipment & Software. Access to IGB is available through many mediums and you must provide all equipment, devices and software necessary to obtain access to our site. Due to the infinite number of possible combinations of hardware and software, you are responsible for the compatibility of your system with the website.
Adult Supervision. As a parent or legal guardian to anyone to anyone under the age of 13, it is your responsibility to determine whether any of the content is appropriate for a minor. Minors who access the Service are assumed to have parental or guardian consent before accessing the web site.
Communications with Strangers. If you allow minors to access IGotBlessed, please remind them of the dangers involved when corresponding or communicating with strangers or new acquaintances on the Internet.
Registration data and certain other information about you is subject to the respective Privacy Policies of IGotBlessed.com .For more information, see Privacy Policy.
Member Duty. You designate a password and user ID upon completing the registration process. You agree to keep your password confidential

You agree that you will NOT use IGotBlessed.com to:
(a) upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content (as defined below) that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
(b) harm minors in any way;
(c) impersonate any person or entity;
(d) upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
(e) upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ('Rights') of any party;
(f) upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, 'junk mail,' 'spam,' 'chain letters,' 'pyramid schemes,' or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas (such as shopping rooms) that are designated for such purpose;
(g) upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
(h) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;
(i) intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including but not limited to regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, any rules of any national or other securities exchange, including, without limitation, the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ, and any regulations having the force of law;
(j) 'stalk' or otherwise harass another; or
(k) collect or store personal data about other users.
Attempts to Break Security. You understand and agree that any attempt to break security or to access an account that does not belong to you will be considered a material breach of these TOU, and such breach may result in suspension or termination of the Service and possibly referral to law enforcement authorities. Further, you are required to take adequate security measures to prohibit others from unauthorized access or use of the Service, and you must take prompt remedial measures upon notice of breaches or potential breaches of security.
Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside.
Limitation of Liability. Under no circumstances will IGB be liable in any way for any Content, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in any Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service.
Removal of Content. You acknowledge that IGB or their designees will have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or move any Content that is available via the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, IGotBlessed.com will have the right to remove any Content that violates these TOU or is otherwise objectionable.
Preservation of Content. You acknowledge and agree that IGB may preserve Content and may also disclose Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce these TOU; (c) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of IGotBlessed.com, its users and the public.
Changes to Content. You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your Content, may involve (a) transmissions over various networks; (b) changes to conform and adapt to applicable security requirements; and/or (c) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
Grant of License. IGB does not claim ownership of Content you submit or make available for inclusion on the Service. However, with respect to Content you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Service, you grant IGB the following world-wide, royalty free and non-exclusive license(s) as applicable:
(a) With respect to Content you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of Groups, you grant IGB the license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such Content on the Service solely for the purposes of providing and promoting the specific Group to which such Content was submitted or made available. This license exists only for as long as you elect to continue to include such Content on the Service and will terminate at the time you remove or IGB removes such Content from the Service.
(b) With respect to photos, graphics, audio or video you submit or make available for inclusion on any publicly accessible area of the Service other than Groups, you grant IGB the license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such Content on the Service solely for the purpose for which such Content was submitted or made available. This license exists only for as long as you elect to continue to include such Content on the Service and will terminate at the time you remove or IGB removes such Content from the Service.
(c) With respect to Content other than photos, graphics, audio or video you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Service other than Groups, you grant IGB the perpetual, irrevocable and fully sub-licensable license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform and publicly display such Content (in whole or in part) and to incorporate such Content into other works in any format or medium now known or later developed.
Publicly Accessible Areas. 'Publicly accessible' areas are those areas of the Service that are intended by IGB to be available to the general public. By way of example, publicly accessible areas of the Service would include Message Boards and portions of Groups that are open to both Members and visitors. However, publicly accessible areas of the Service would not include portions of Groups that are limited to Members, IGB™ services intended for private communication such as Mail, or areas off of the Service.
Digital Millennium Copyright Act. IGB may be required to disclose information to individuals asserting rights under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and you expressly authorize IGB to comply with any and all lawful notices, subpoenas, court orders or warrants without prior notice to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold IGotBlessed.com and their subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit or make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of these TOU, your violation of the AUP or your violation of any rights of another.
General Practices & Limits. You acknowledge that IGotBlessed may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the site, including without limitation, limiting the maximum number of days that email messages, message board postings or other uploaded Content will be retained by the site
Unsolicited Email. You are expressly prohibited from sending unsolicited electronic mail message, whether commercial or not, to other members of the Site; or using IGotBlessed equipment, or in connection with any IGB email address, domain name, or any trademark or service mark.
Termination for Cause. IGotBlessed may immediately terminate all or a portion of your membership or suspend any or all individual Member's access to all or a portion of the Service, without notice, for conduct that IGB believes is: (a) illegal, fraudulent, harassing or abusive;(b) a violation of these TOU,
Advertising. You also understand and agree that the Site may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for IGB to provide the Service.
Dealings with Advertisers. Your correspondence or business dealings with or participation in promotions of advertisers found on or through the Service, including payment and delivery of related goods or services and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings are solely between you and such advertiser. You agree that IGB will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the Service.
No Conveyance. Nothing contained in these TOU may be construed to convey to you any interest, title, or license in the Member ID, email address, Universal Resource Locator, IP address, or domain name used by you in connection with the Service.
End User License Agreement. If you have connected to the Service by downloading or installing any Internet software ('Software'), your use of that Software is subject to the End User License Agreement that accompanied that Software.
You expressly understand and agree that IGotBlessed will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages related to your voluntary participation on this site.
IGB, IGotBlessed and IGotBlessed.com, and all of their related logos, are all in process of trademarking from the US Trademark office and without prior written permission, you agree not to display or use in any manner, and of the aforementioned names.
These TOU, any other policies or guidelines referenced herein and the terms set forth in any promotional offer for the Service constitute the entire agreement between IGotBlessed and you. These TOU govern your use of the Service. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services, third-party content or third-party software.
